Is the on-site survey really free?
Yes. Across all the regions we serve, the survey, laser measurement and consultation are completely free of charge. Receiving a quote places you under no obligation whatsoever.
How soon is the survey scheduled?
Once we receive your request, our team calls you the same day to arrange a time that works for you. Our technician typically visits within 24–48 hours.
What happens during the survey?
Our specialist examines your space's orientation, wind and sun exposure, takes millimetre-accurate laser measurements, assesses the mounting surface, and shows you material samples to help determine the right system.
When will I receive my quote?
After the survey, your official written quote — covering the selected model, glass type, motor and accessories — is sent the same day or by the next day at the latest, via email or WhatsApp.
