Four-Season Outdoor Space for Cafés, Restaurants & Hotels
Keep your table capacity through winter and spread your revenue across all 12 months. Retractable bioclimatic roofs, motorized guillotine glass and wind-shielding zip screens — commercial architecture that adds real value to your business.
Turn your outdoor space into year-round revenue
Lost Table Capacity in Winter
Stop losing garden seating to cold and rainy days. A retractable bioclimatic pergola or motorized glass roof turns your outdoor space into a comfortable, revenue-generating room all year.
Semi-Open Space & Smoking Regulation Compliance
A retractable roof combined with a fixed-height guillotine glass railing maintains airflow, keeping your space compliant with semi-open-area and tobacco regulations.
Fast Overnight Installation, No Closure Needed
Modules are manufactured to exact measurements in our workshop and installed overnight or before opening hours, so your service schedule is never disrupted.
Fast Return on Investment
Every extra table you recover — especially during busy evening and weekend hours — converts directly to revenue. An average 8–12 table enclosure typically pays for itself in 2–4 months.

How we work
1. Laser On-Site Survey: We assess your space's facade, height and structural condition on site and prepare a layout plan.
2. System & Combination Selection: We determine the right roof and facade combination for your business, factoring in tobacco regulation, wind direction and customer flow.
3. Precision Factory Manufacturing: First-grade extruded aluminium profiles, Mosel tube motors and tempered/insulated glass units are manufactured as installation-ready modules.
4. Overnight / Fast Installation: Installation is scheduled to avoid disrupting your service hours, typically completing within a few days.
5. Contract, Invoice & Warranty: Corporate invoicing, technical specification compliance and written motor/profile warranties are all delivered in writing.
Commercial questions
How is installation done while we're open? Will it disturb customers?
To protect your service hours and customer comfort, all structural profiles, glass and motors are precision-prepared in our workshop beforehand. Only assembly happens on site — often scheduled overnight or during early closed hours so your operations are never interrupted.
Which system complies with smoking-area regulations?
Under current tobacco regulations, a retractable roof (bioclimatic or glass) combined with sides that allow a defined proportion of airflow can qualify as a semi-open space. Motorized guillotine glass or zip screens let you manage that airflow flexibly. We recommend the right layout for your space during the survey.
How does the process work for large-scale corporate projects?
Your project starts with a laser survey. Architectural layout and technical details are prepared as needed. Material quality (6063-T6 aluminium, Mosel motor, tempered/insulated glass specs) and delivery timeline are set out in a contract, with corporate invoicing and a written warranty delivered after installation.
Can all systems be controlled from one hub or tablet?
Yes. Our Mosel motor automation can be programmed for individual or whole-facade one-touch control via multi-channel group remotes, and can optionally integrate with smart-building systems and tablet-based central control.
Why do wind and rain sensors matter for businesses?
Staff can't always monitor weather during busy service hours. An automatic wind sensor retracts awnings or zip screens before a storm hits, preventing damage; a rain sensor closes open bioclimatic louvres to keep customers and outdoor furniture dry.
